Luis Gutiérrez, a DIRSI researcher in Colombia, is conducting research to determine the relationship between investment in ICT and productivity in Colombia's manufacturing sector. Preliminary results were presented during a seminar on ICT and innovation held in Buenos Aires, Argentina on 14 and 15 October.
