Carla Marisa Bonina

BA in Economics (Universidad de Buenos Aires) and Master in Public Policies and Administration in CIDE and the University of Texas at Austin. She was granted a prize for the best thesis of her generation. Her research focuses on the digital divide and ICT for development, electronic government and telecom regulation. She has experience in quantitative analysis, data bases and workgroups coordination.
