Peru Jorge Bossio (MBA Escuela Superior de Administración de Negocios) is an Information Professional with advanced postgraduate studies in International Affairs at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. Mr. Bossio has a broad experience in ICT for development and rural applications. Was a former member of the Peruvian Telecommunications Regulator and of the National Committee for Information Society, the ccTLD Administration Committee, among other national and international committees related to Internet and Telecommunications.
